These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Sambal88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Sambal88 website located at https://sambal88.cam and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

Sambal88 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the benefit of Malaysian players and other eligible users. The platform offers a range of products including but not limited to: online slot games, live casino table games, sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and UFC events), lottery-style games, and arcade titles.

By accessing the Sambal88 website, creating a player account, making deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an active Sambal88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Sambal88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where accessing Sambal88 would constitute a violation of applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of Sambal88 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any existing self-exclusion order from Sambal88 or from any other gambling platform that is enforceable against the Sambal88 platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep that information current at all times.

Each individual may hold onlyone (1) active Sambal88 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") — whether under your own name, a different name, or on behalf of a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, chosen username, and password during registration. You may be asked to supply additional identification information as part of KYC verification prior to processing withdrawals or in compliance with AML obligations.

4.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. Sambal88 will never request your password through email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and change it periodically.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notify Sambal88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Sambal88 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from third-party access facilitated by your disclosure of login credentials.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting Sambal88 customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the player following successful completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.

Sambal88 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods designed to accommodate Malaysian players, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency options including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

• All MYR deposits are credited to your account in real time or within the processing time published on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms.
• Deposits made using cryptocurrency are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
• Sambal88 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees which are outside our control.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical availability. Where this is not possible, Sambal88 will contact the player to arrange an alternative method following completion of full KYC verification.
• First-time withdrawals from any account will require completion of KYC verification before funds are released. Subsequent withdrawals may also trigger KYC review at Sambal88's discretion.
• Standard MYR withdrawal processing time is under 60 minutes during normal operating conditions. Sambal88 targets but does not guarantee this processing time in all cases.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the player's nominated wallet address and are subject to standard on-chain confirmation times.
• Sambal88 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

6.1 KYC Documentation

To satisfy our identity verification requirements, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address issued within the past three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referal bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by Sambal88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply across all offers unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds and any winings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is conferred. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money funds are used first in wagering activity, followed by bonus funds, unless the game or promotion specifies otherwise.
• Sambal88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion, or to modify the associated terms, at any time and without prior notice. Where a player has already commenced meeting wagering requirements, the existing terms will be honoured where reasonably practicable.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per eligible promotional trigger unless otherwise stated. Players may not stack bonuses unless a stacking provision is explicitly provided in the promotional terms.
• Sambal88 reserves the right to withold bonus payments and associated winnings where it suspects abuse of the promotion, including but not limited to: using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account abuse, or claims made in bad faith.

All betting and gaming activity on Sambal88 is conducted in accordance with the rules published within each game or betting market at the time the wager is placed. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Sambal88 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the rules of the specific game or market.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or disconnection during a game round or live betting session, Sambal88 will resolve the wager in accordance with the available server-side records. In cases where no reliable outcome can be determined, the wager stake will be returned to the player.
• Sambal88 reserves the right to void any bet where an error in odds, paylines, multipliers, or other game parameters has occurred due to a technical fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned.
• For sports betting, "in-play" or "live" bets are settled based on the final confirmed result from the relevant governing body. Sambal88 is not responsible for discrepancies between third-party score services and official results.
• Mix parlay and accumulator bets are subject to the specific settlement rules for the sport or competition in question. One void leg in an accumulator does not automatically void the entire bet — please refer to the sport-specific rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Sambal88 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one registered account, or creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human interaction tool to place wagers or access platform features.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino games, poker variants, or sports betting pools.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in published odds, or any unintended game mechanic for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events the outcome of which the player has a direct or indirect influence over.
• Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraud, or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name, or withdrawing funds to third-party payment accounts.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content published on the Sambal88 platform, including but not limited to: the Sambal88 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, written content, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials ("Platform Content"), is the intellectual property of Sambal88 or is used under licence from the relevant content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform Content without prior written consent from Sambal88.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform or its software.
• Use any Sambal88 branding, trademarks, or trade names in any manner likely to cause confusion or misrepresentation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Sambal88 website on any other website without express written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sambal88's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their Sambal88 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Sambal88 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, or consequential:

• Loss of winings, profits, or revenue arising from interrupted gameplay, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from incorrect use of the platform, including errors in bet selection or staking amounts.
• Losses attributable to third-party service failures, including internet service provider outages, payment gateway downtime, or device malfunctions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain adequate account security.

Sambal88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. We acknowledge that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Sambal88 players free of charge within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits — define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a given period.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — Sambal88 will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice on the Sambal88 website, an email notification to your registered email address, or a notification within your player account.

Your continued use of the Sambal88 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.3 of this Agreement.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the first instance, Sambal88 encourages all players to raise disputes directly with our customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with Sambal88 support, the player may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution procedures outlined in their account agreement or as directed by Sambal88 in writing at the time of escalation.

Sambal88 will not be responsible for any outcome of a dispute arising directly from a player's breach of these Terms, from force majeure events outside our reasonable control, or from circumstances expressly excluded from our liability under Section 11 of this Agreement.
